Accessibility

Access to the conference is free and without prior registration.

Lecture halls A4 and A5 are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The conference program is available in an easy-to-understand version.

An accessible slide presentation template was sent to speakers prior to the conference.

The sessions of the invited speakers will be interpreted into French Sign Language during the conference.

All presentations will be subtitled live using stenography.

All presentations will be recorded and available for viewing afterward with subtitles.
